Sheikh Abdul Sattar Ali Al Qattan

General Manager of the Sharia Shura Consultancy and holds a High Diploma in Comparative Fiqh from the Faculty of Sharia and Islamic Studies, Kuwait University and a Bachelor of Sharia from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University. He has written many research papers on the Islamic financial sector and holds memberships of several professional societies.

He is an expert in the International Fiqh compound of the International Islamic Fiqh Council of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (Jeddah) and a member of the Sharia Standards Committee of the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (Bahrain) since 2002 and an arbitrator in the International Islamic Arbitration Centre for Reconciliation and Arbitration (Dubai). He is also member of the Fatwa and Sharia Supervisory Committees in many Islamic financial institutions inside and outside Kuwait.

Sheikh Yousef Hassan Al Sharrah

Sheikh Yousef Al Sharrah graduated Doctor of Usool Al-Fiqh at the University of Imam Muhammad Bin Saud Islamic University, Saudi Arabia. He is Member of the Sharia Board of the General Secretariat of Endowment, Kuwait since 2003. He is also member of the Sharia board in several Kuwaiti companies working in the fields of investment, finance and insurance.

Sheikh Abdul-Rahman Ibn Abdullah Ibn Aqeel

Sheikh Abdul Rahman Aqeel graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Imam Mohammed, Riyadh, and worked for the Council of Fatwa Saudi Arabia, where he received further education by Sharia scholars prominent. He was a member of the Shariah at Al Rajhi Investment bank, also was a member of its Board of Directors and the Executive Committee, he founded the Dar Alta’seel at Cairo in 1987.
